This is a small group training and is limited to 8 particants. We'll be doing a combo of restorative yoga for flexibility and recovery along with myofascial release, self-massage with tools like foam rollers and myofascial release balls along with a technique called "mashing" (yes to the song "Moster Mash" of course :) If you've never experienced "mashing" before, it's an amazing technique to open up tight muscles. Wear a costume if you like! It will be both FUN & RESTORATI
